Sahti Historic Ale
Turning to the past for inspiration, we’ve recreated a historical Nordic Ale, a style dating back over 500 years! Using juniper berries and NO hops, we have forgone the 60-minute boil to mimic the traditional brewing techniques and ingredients used during this time period. The end result is a subtly spicy, slightly tart yet sweet tasting beer with banana aromas.
