Strong American Ale
With a heavy-handed usage of Amarillo, El Dorado, and Mosaic hops we’ve crafted a complex Imperial IPA bursting with resinous notes of citrus, pine, and tropical fruit aromas. Dry hopped twice for enhanced hop aromatics, they are perfectly balanced with complementary honey and biscuit malt flavors, creating a big, but smooth, IPA.
Pairings: Smoked beef brisket, grilled lamb; Southern chicken-fried steak. Sharp and rich American artisanal blue cheeses.
