Our Helles Lager has a moderately grainy-sweet malt flavor with a soft dry finish. The malts are complemented by a restrained use of German hop varieties creating delicate floral hop aromas. This clear, clean fermented lager, is a refreshing everyday beer. Prost!
Pairings: Great with lighter food: chicken, salads, salmon, bratwurst. Mild white Vermont cheddar. Light desserts: lemon shortbread, fresh berries.
