A fall favorite named after our iconic 1929 terracotta silos we have crafted an elegant reddish copper colored German lager with mildly sweet and soft malt flavors. Restrained use of German hops compliments the malt to create a rich flavor profile. Cold conditioned for months to pay homage to traditional European brewing methods associated with the style.
Pairings: Mexican or any hearty, spicy food; chicken, sausage, pork, jalapeño jack, coconut flan, almond biscotti
