Golden Stout! Could this be an oxymoron? Roasted malts typically found in Stouts have been replaced with Cocoa Nibs, lending subtle chocolate, roasted and coffee flavors, to create a full bodied and deliciously deceptive Blonde Ale.
Pairings: Rich, spicy food like barbecued beef & Szechuan dishes. Great with very buttery well-aged cheddar. Chocolate espresso cake, cream puffs.
