From a galaxy very, very, very, very, far away we bring you a double dry hopped Double IPA bursting with Galaxy, Vic Secret, and Southern Cross hops. These hop varieties are best known for their bold citrus flavors, high alpha acids, and subtle resin characteristics. Quantities are very limited! While supplies last!
Pairings: We enjoy it with Sichuan and Indian cuisine. A classic cheese pairing is with Stilton Blue Cheese.
